1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive your order confirmation. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to product availability.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer domestic and international shipping via reliable carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL). Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic (USA): 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees charged by their country. Fourera’s Natural Beauty, LLC is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Addresses
Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to addresses provided incorrectly by the customer. If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at fourerasbeauty@yahoo.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are handed to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and also email us at fourerasbeauty@yahoo.com so we can assist where possible.
7. Returns & Refused Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, we may refund the product cost (excluding shipping) or re-ship the order at the customer’s expense.

Some natural or liquid products may be restricted from shipping to certain countries due to local regulations. If an item cannot be shipped to your address, we will contact you to offer alternatives or issue a refund.
